Client Tax Organizer

The client tax organizer is designed for new clients to assist in the process of pulling together the tax information. Completed tax organizer can be faxed/ e-mailed or mailed to our office. Current clients should request a "proforma" tax organizer (includes prior year information) directly from the office.
